You can view your recent orders by logging into your Comet account. Head to the login page, enter the email address you used to check out, and click ‘Email me a sign in link’ to view and manage your orders. If you haven’t received this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. The link will expire 30 minutes after sending, after which you’ll need to generate a new one. You can do this by clicking the ‘Resend link’ button.
The email link will take you to a page of your recent orders, where you can try checking older purchases by clicking ‘View archive.’ If the order is still missing, here are a few possible reasons:
- The payment may not have gone through. For help with this, see our guide on 'Pending and failed payments'
- The order could be linked to a different email address. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, check the inboxes and spam folders of all your email addresses
